What is REACH?

The REACH program is an afterschool enrichment program that was started at Johnson Elementary School in the fall of 1998.

Mission Statement: To provide enrichment for all children and extended learning opportunities for students seeking additional challenges.

Program Goals:

·To enhance and enrich the learning environment for all students.

·To provide the opportunity to develop creative and critical thinking skills.

·To develop intellectually independent, autonomous learners.

·To provide opportunities for accelerated learning.
